As the project lead and lead experience architect, I created and managed a full redesign of structure, user flow and visual design for the Ogilvy & Mather SAP travel and expense reporting application. This multi-year project involved in-depth research into the current implementation with a full understanding of the complex process, user roles and existing pain points. Based in SAP the system required a multilevel development team of front-end and SAP specialists working closely with designers to ensure that the new system would work within the SAP framework. Through an improved workflow, clear design structure and visual hierarchy a substantial benefit and time-saving was seen by the end user.
