Revised workflow and visual styles for 8 user scenarios within the TIAA CREF portal for Harvard University. Provided direct access pages for users to manage contributions, view contribution history and designed an updated admin dashboard. This project led the client to create better UX and UI solutions for additional projects by adapting the user’s work flow as a starting point.
